KEVPOP Open Call
$1
Today I'll pay someone this much to make something small.
How it works
- Step 1
Comment on that day's post
Ideas come in as comments on each day's open call post on social media. You can send it here too.
- Step 2
I pick one idea a day, by 10pm central
One idea becomes that day's commission. Likes and follows don't help. It's taste, idea, and quality.
- Step 3
You make it within 48 hours
Small and joyful counts. It can be video, art, music, anything fun.
- Step 4
I pay you when you deliver, and post your work with credit
Paid by PayPal only, and your name goes on it.

What to make
Anything inspired by KEVPOP art or videos. Animation, drawing, song, sculpture, poem, a tiny cereal opera. If it is small and joyful, it fits.
Human-made only. I'm not looking for AI-generated art, video, music, writing or ideas. Please send work and ideas that come from you.
Feel free to use these for inspiration and your Open Call ideas, with credit to KEVPOP. They stay KEVPOP’s property, so please don’t claim, sell or use them for AI. See the Open Call Terms for details.

Questions
Can I send more than one idea?
One per day. Send your best one, then come back tomorrow for the next budget.
Do I need finished art?
Not for the pitch. A sentence or a rough sketch is enough to send an idea. Yes for the commission: if I pick your idea, we agree on the finished piece before you make it.
Can I use AI?
No. This open call is for human-made work and ideas.
Can I use your GIFs and clips?
Yes, for inspiration and for Open Call ideas, with credit to KEVPOP. You can't claim them as your own, sell them, or use them for AI.
What if I'm picked and can't deliver?
No payment, no problem. Just tell me as soon as you can so I can pick someone else that day.
Why so little money early on?
The budget goes up a dollar every day, so bigger days come later.
Is this a contest?
No, it's a commission. If I pick you, I pay you for the work.
